We kick off the autumn with: \nInsomnium (Finland) – Founded in 1997 in Joensuu\, Insomnium captivated metal fans with their debut album “In the Halls of Awakening” in 2002. Continuously evolving\, the Finnish band impressed with albums such as “Above the Weeping World” (2006) and “One for Sorrow” (2012). Their latest album\, “Anno 1696\,” takes listeners into a world full of sorrow intertwined with a fading hope through grandiose and melancholic compositions. \nKrzysztof Drabikowski’s Batushka – Batushka will play for the first time at Metal Gates Festival 2025\, more surprises will come soon from their camp. \nArcturus (Norway) – During the glory days of black metal\, the Norwegian band Arcturus released several highly influential albums. Composed of members who have earned their reputation in other renowned bands such as Ulver\, Mayhem\, Dimmu Borgir\, Borknagar\, and Ved Buens Ende\, Arcturus is now known for their avant-garde and innovative approach. \nArð (UK) – Representing the monastic doom style\, Arð is a band that explores the culture and identity of the Northumbrian lands. With a sound that blends crushing doom with mournful harmonies\, the band will bring ancient stories and sounds wrapped in an atmosphere of melancholy to the audience. \nSakis Tolis – the solo project of Sakis of Rotting Christ will come back to Bucharest for Metal Gates Festival 2025\, presenting the critically acclaimed album Among the Fires of Hell \nSaor – out of the mists\, where lore whispers in the winds\, SAOR\, the heralds of Caledonia’s primeval beauty and ancient tales is coming back to Bucharest\, this time at Metal Gates Festival 2025. \nMachiavellian God (Romania) – The melodic death metal band from Bucharest\, formed in 2017\, brings to life a unique blend of styles\, combining elements of Doom\, Black\, and Atmospheric metal\, all anchored in a solid foundation of melodic death metal. Their latest record\, “Beyond The Void”\, is a conceptual exploration set\, a narrative journey\, starting in the grips of nihilism and moving towards a path of existential discovery. \nThy Legion (Malta) – Formed in 2024\, Thy Legion is a Blackened Death Metal band from Malta\, known for their fast and brutal riffs\, supported by infernal harmonies. After performing on international stages alongside renowned bands such as Behemoth\, Cannibal Corpse\, and Vader\, the band will present tracks from their latest album\, “Grand Cosmic Funeral\,” for the first time. \nRitual Roadmap (Romania) – Formed in 2020\, the death’n’roll band from Brașov will bring an energetic and powerful show to Metal Gates. After their live debut in 2022 and performances at major festivals such as Rockstadt Extreme Fest and Posada Rock Festival\, Ritual Roadmap released their debut EP\, “SCARS”\, in 2024. \nPonte Del Diavolo – a Doom / Black metal sound with old school\nroots\, adding a modern and outside the box background. The\nfemale voice – with strong wave influences – is the lyric corpus\nof this strongly esoteric project\, which will visit Romania for the first time \nTortharry – the death metal machine\, born in 1991\, hailing from Czech Republic\, will play in Romania for the first time at Metal Gates Festival 2025 \nKeres – born in 2015 in South Tyrol (Italy) from the ashes of “The Crying of Angels”\, Keres will set the stage on fire for the first time in Romania in 2025 at Metal Gates Festival. \nSaturnus\, Hideous Divinity\, Patheist\, Winterhorde are also confirmed. \n——– \nRO: Festivalul Metal Gates\, unul dintre cele mai așteptate evenimente metal ale anului și cel mai mare festival indoor din țară\, ce va avea loc pe 26 și 27 septembrie 2025 în club Quantic din București\, anunță line-up-ul final pentru noua ediție. Dăm startul toamnei așadar cu: \nInsomnium (Finlanda) – Fondată în 1997 în Joensuu\, Insomnium a cucerit fanii metalului cu albumul lor de debut „In the Halls of Awakening” din 2002. Vocea feminină – cu influențe puternice din wave – este corpusul liric al acestui proiect profund ezoteric\, care va vizita România pentru prima dată. \nTortharry – mașina de death metal\, născută în 1991\, din Republica Cehă\, va cânta în România pentru prima dată la Metal Gates Festival 2025. \nKeres – născută în 2015 în Tirolul de Sud (Italia) din cenușa “The Crying of Angels”\, Keres va aprinde scena pentru prima dată în România în 2025 la Metal Gates Festival. \nSaturnus\, Hideous Divinity\, Patheist\, Winterhorde sunt\, de asemenea\, confirmate. \nMetal Gates promite să fie un festival memorabil\, unde iubitorii de metal vor putea explora diverse subgenuri ale muzicii grele într-un cadru ce rupe granița dintre concertele de underground și concertele scenelor mari și vor avea ocazia să asculte trupe din toată lumea.\nBigger\, better but definitely metal\, join us in September!

DESCRIPTION:Ziua 1 de Q Fest sau începutul unei povești intense. \n18:00 – Acces public \n19:25 – Far Away From Earth \n20:15 – Ingeri si Corbi \n21:30 – Alternosfera \nPe 29 septembrie\, deschidem festivalul cu o seară care promite să lase urme în timp și-n suflet. Alternosfera\, Îngeri și Corbi și Far Away From Earth dau tonul unui nou capitol din ritualul nostru muzical colectiv. \n\n\nAlternosfera \nLegenda din Chișinău revine la Quantic cu un show cât o revoluție personală. Cu distors\, poezie și un sunet care te zguduie blând\, Alternosfera îți amintește cum e să simți muzica cu tot corpul. Hai să dansăm pe „Două Eve”\, să visăm printre ecouri de „Haosoleum” și să ne lăsăm cuprinși de „Frig de mor”. \n  \nÎngeri și Corbi \nDirect din inima Transilvaniei\, vin cu un rock alternativ dens\, introspectiv\, cu influențe de nu-metal și post-grunge. Îngeri și Corbi scriu balade moderne despre neliniști\, răni și vindecare\, în versuri și distorsuri care te prind și nu-ți mai dau drumul. \n  \nFar Away From Earth \nO trupă tânără\, dar cu sunet matur\, cinematic. Far Away From Earth te poartă într-o călătorie atmosferică între alternative\, metal și post-rock\, cu o energie intensă\, dar controlată\, ca o explozie în slow motion. \n
